Not worth it

I lived there for 2 years. It was fine at first because we didn't have any neighbors in the surrounding apartments. Now we have a hard time finding parking. The neighbors below us smoke, so ever time that they are out on the patio we get all of the second-hand smoke. Also the front office has entered our house at least 4-5 times since living here. I think that is excessive. Other complexes that I have lived have never entered our apartment. Another thing to look out for is their bookeeping. We are always receiving notices saying that they either owe us a credit or we owe them money. In one instance I received a letter in the mail saying that we were late on a payment when in actuality they had already cashed our check. Then we had to prove that they had already received and cashed our check. They are also not good at following up with you. One day I must of have left around 4 messages. No one answered the phone or gave me a call back promptly. The staff is totally non-dependable and unfriendly.
Last but not least, it looks like the apartment structures are falling apart. I see loose screws in the steps as I walk down the stairs from my apartment. I am affraid to walk down the stairs sometimes because there are a few steps that move. Also as you drive in you can notice that many of the balconies in the complexes are eroding.
I would say it is not worth the money that you pay.
