They charge you several hundreds of dollars when you move to repaint. $600, even if you were only there a month and it was just painted before you moved in.
The staff are liars and cheats and will take you for all they can get.
You are dealing with very slick people in this office. be careful they don't skin you alive.
Noise is out of control.
Management unresponsive.
Police on property often.
Problems too many to mention.

WOW, been here for awhile now... No noise at all and I've seen police on the property once, probably responded to a call made by or because of the person who wrote this review.
