I rented a 2 bedroom apartment, which atractited me with it's separate balconeys. But don't be fooled by the model, the apartment you actually get does not look anything like the model. The staff is horrible, worse than horrible. My roommate and I decided I would move out to get my own apartment and she would stay for the lease in a 1 bedroom. Well, the staff got who was staying and who was leaving confused and threatened to take us to court over a 'scam' we were trying or something. So we brought down the papers that we signed and they never apoligized.
The washer and dryer. Ok, one, you can only fit like 5 things in the washer and dryer and they are NOT energy eff. On an experiment, I did laundry at a laudry mat for a month (quicker anyway) and my electric bill went down by an obscene amount. The wall are very thin, pray you get quiet neighbors. The bathrooms produce an insane amount of fungus, regardless of whether or not the windows are open. The kitchen is sooooo small. By the time you put a micorwave on the counter...oops! there goes your counter space. The cable outlet is between the fireplace and the in wall shelfing...you have about 3ft for an entertainment center. We had the 'maintaince' staff run a wire from there to the other side of the living room for you tv. They just ripped up the (very smelly) carpet and put it underneath and poorly stapled back down. But it looked like there was a speed bump in our living room! Think about this! The staff is only nice when your signing that lease! Beleive Me!

Oh, and parking sucks too if you have more than one vehicle.
