If you like: mold, badly designed kitchens, stackable washer and dryer in which you can only fit 5 items in each wash and it heats up the entire apartment (not good in the summer) and contributes to the mold growth, rude staff, unprofessional staff, no parking whatsoever if you have 2 cars, slippery steps in the fall and winter (I broke my big toe), and lots more... if you are going to spend the money go to somewhere better. There is a lot of very nice apartments complexes in tanasbourne for the same price if not cheaper and you get a lot more service and amenities for your money....
