I couldn't not have found a better place for the money, I would recommend a 2nd floor, as several complaints about break-in's on bottom floors but that can be found anywhere you rent. Loved the layout, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, nice open floor plan, best I looked at and believe me I looked at several. 726 sq feet 1 bedroom is one of the largest around. Have had no maintance problems in the 2 years I've been there. Yes it's a smaller stackable Washer/Dryer unit but at least you have one and they work great as long as you don't over stuff them. Nice covered parking but yes only for 1 car. Have had no problems with my new car, not a door ding and definately no theft. You can rent a garage though, I have no problems with friends and family finding parking close by though to visit. Office staff is fine, short handed at times but have always been willing to help with special requests. Great location, you can walk to everything, right across the street from a large movie theater and on a bus line. Main thing is, 10 times more people will complain about an apartment then praise one. Go check it out for yourself, you really can't beat the price for the area and I can't say enough about the open layout. There are better area's of the complex then others to take a look and choose wisely. Oh and nice thick walls, I have neighbors on both sides, rarely hear them! Great place for 1 or 2 people to live, larger groups/families will have problems with wear and tear and washer/dryer size and the like but that's just because their are more people to use them. Be realistic, it's an apartment not a Hilton people have been there before you and they'll be there after you. You get what you pay for, but it was well worth it for me and I've recommended others.
