Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Poor Maintanance, you have to call at least twice to get service, and it takes weeks.
The Hot Tub was closed most of the time during the 2 years that I lived there.
Parking is scary, and even more scary are the tenants they let move in. Makes you afraid to walk outside after dark.
Rude office staff.
