After first month there were 2 break-ins. After second month our car was broken in. Washer and Dryer suck. Carpet in front of glass sliding door was coming up and nothing was done. If your refigerator tears up don't be surprised if you have to use one in another building. In other words don't move here. Maintenance sucks unless you get Mark. You still have to wait days to get things fixed.
