One word: Noisy!
After many attempts to get the neighbors to realize how paper thin the walls are and being able to listen to their love "show" because of the thin construction you will immediately regret moving in here. The floors are the same:Expect one thing; To hear everything, even down to a neighbors microwave beep. Parking is horrible, expect to park a mile away from your actual room, even if you have a parking stall as they are all messed up and your parking stall may end up being around the corner. And dont expect the front office to do anything about noise. I tryed numerious times and they said they would talk to them, even after I talked to them as well. But apparently the front didnt care because nothing ever happend. I even moved to another apartment at the same complex only to face the same music.
