These units are way over-priced. The rates increased $150 in 6 months... because the area around it is booming. Luckily we had a lease so it didn't matter. Well until it came time to re-sign a lease... They jacked up the rent by $60 for a 12 month lease, and up $500 for month-to-month.

Noise... wasn't too bad for me. But when the kids are running around upstairs you can hear it.

Parking... Horrible! Assigned spots are down the road. Unassigned spots are tiny. If you have a big SUV expect your wheels to cover the lines on both sides (how are you supposed to open your door')

Maintenance... They were speedy at responding to my request, but took weeks to actually fix it.

Mail... It is way on the other side of the complex, and if you get anything bigger than a letter you have to go to the office to get it. What a pain.
