The worst place to live in Hillsboro

The staff are a bunch of over tanned ditsy idiots. The apartments are in bad shape, the freezer did not work for a whole month after I moved in. Our car got towed when the office said we could park in the spot, and then they said they would pay us back and never did. There are fights happening at other apartments all the time. It smells like pot most of the time and it just looks crappy. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
