I can honestly say that living at the Tanasbourne Terrace was absolutely horrible! I received not one but TWO eviction notices on my door for mistakes made by the management. The most memorable was around Christmas time...I brought my rent payment (luckily I saved the reciept from the money order) in to the office and went about my day. A couple days later I come home to find an eviction notice on my door. Of course I was pissed to begin with, but I managed to keep my cool and attempt to resolve the issue. I went back to the office, showed them the receipt for my rent payment and handed them the eviction notice. The lady (shall remain nameless, cause I am a nice guy believe it or not) looks at me and says..."It looks like we credited your rent payment to ANOTHER APARTMENT" I somehow managed to stay calm and requested this be fixed immediately. She looked at me and jokingly says "Well, it IS Christmas time, and people need money for presents you know." At this point, I FLIPPED! Sure she finds it funny that THEY made the mistake, I'm just shocked because this is over $600 bucks we were talking about!
Anyway, long story short....I bought out my lease early to move overseas which seemed to be all fine and dandy..(I even was nice enough to CLEAN the apartment before I left it)I come back to the states months later and apply to another equity residential property, only to be DENIED because of a "balance owing at previous apartment" WHAT THE!'&*^*^$!!! Needless to say I was not only humiliated, but pissed off that once again...even after months have gone by and I am thinking that I left TT on a good note....they come back to BITE ME IN THE @ss!
Take it from me....the apartments might LOOK nice on the outside, but unless you have a jumbo sized bottle of aspirin to deal with the CONSTANT headaches you are sure to endure by dealing with the management...I suggest you look elsewhere for your next apartment!

I bid good luck to all the sorry chaps living there now, and hope that my story will be enough to prevent just one person from renting at that place!! Happy moving!!!

Agrrrrrreeeeeeedddd!! I too received notices of LATE PAYMENTS only to march my lil self in to show them my carbon copy of my check that I paid EARLY INSTEAD OF LATE... and this happened not once, not twice, but at LEAST FIVE times.. I also had problems with management calling the wrong apartments to pick up MY PACKAGES. Terrible management. Agreed also about it looking nice on the outside, but place was dirty when I moved in. Don't recommend this to ANYONE.
