I moved in taking over the last 6 months of someone else's lease. The process went pretty smooth, and the office was even nice enough to professionally clean the carpets (because of an unrelated flooding problem nearby). Overall things were pretty good. Office staff generally polite, maintenance generally speedy. They even fixed things I didn't think they would cover (missing shower rod, missing blinds etc).

Unfortunately the owners are greedy and don't care about the tenants. The appliances and fixtures are pretty cheap. The big "improvements" made were more like massive headaches to give it curb appeal (repaving, painting). And along those lines, I can also complain about the thin walls and loud kids/dogs everywhere.

Parking is horrible. My car isn't even a big one. The assigned spots are very far away, but generally ok. The unassigned spots are a nightmare and you might end up with 1 or 2 feet spacing between cars.

As I said before, we did a lease takeover. I was able to live with the inconveniences for the low price we got. But come time to sign another lease, they jacked up the rate by A LOT. And for month to month it would have been near double what we were paying. They are jacking up the rates too high.

Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend unless they drop the rates down by a lot.
