I started out in this complex in October of 2005. At that time I lived in a two bedroom with one other person. The place was pretty good for the 1.5 years we were there despite being a little noisy because our bedroom was right next to Stucki Avenue.

Then, we moved to a one bedroom on the otherside of the complex - BAD idea. Now the apartment faces Evergreen parkway where noise is constant. Not to mention the slamming of doors from the neighboors and TV/music that I hear almost nightly into the AM hours. Since we moved into this unit a year ago we have asked 8 times to have our gutters cleaned because everytime it rains, our patio floods. Still they have not cleaned the gutters. When we put up a barrier on the patio to keep water from flooding in they told us it had to be removed!

Parking is terrible!! There are not enough spaces for all the cars in my area of the complex!

Though overall the office staff seems nice, they aren't that helpfull and the maintenence is slow, if it happens at all. Now they want to charge $700 for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment when I can get a two bedroom, two bathroom in the same area for $10 more a month. Give me a break!!

If they do not fix a problem with your apartment you are allowed to withhold rent. Next time it rains, take pictures of your patio until and bring it up again.
