ive been here for several years. and put up with alot of problems from the front office,things from notes on doors for late fee's that didnt exsist to haveing maint spray mud all over my car and front entry then never cleaning it up. so to say the least ive been around the block with these guy's. ive always thought myself fair and willing to work with any one until several years ago this management started really going down hill. rent increased with no notice maintanance was not followed through on and when it was it was done (in my hummble oppinon poor'ly).bottom line is that this management does not care who - how long or how nice you are they blame any one but them selfs for any and all mistakes made on there part, tenants are(guilty until staff is proven wrong). i am moving out and will never ever recomend this apt complex to anyone ever because of there strong arm tactics and harsh treatment of resedents.its a weve watched as time has gone by the so called security thats in place go down the tube. there is none we constantly see people crawling in and out of windows and then when you call in to help and report it (you get treated like your a pain. no family in there right mind would move in here for any reason. dont let the car salesmen tactics of the front office fool you. because once your in your at there disposale for any number of mistakes they make that in the end cost you more money, even when they are proven wrong. o yea just one other point they include (water and trash ,and sewer) as part of your rent so if you dont pay them that balance with the rent you are in default and charged a late fee of $75.00. isnt that nice, and the dont charge you for your water usage they have a formula they use (example #6 apartments 3 tenants you get stuck paying the differance for those other apts i tried to seek leagle aid on that one but just didnt have time because of work and such.so if you are thinking of moving into this little slice of heaven--DONT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT--- you will regret it. i really dislike the way the treat there tenants.

i agree with this person 100% friends of mine have lived there over the past and found them ( the management to be nothing short of moronic) they have a great outer skin but once they get you into there complex they transform into a monster that just does not give a darn about there tenants. once again i agree you hit the nail on the head. these guys are EVIL EVIL EVIL and not the sort you want for your family to be living under, most of all the new manager who is making a big impretion on lots of folks as a hired hand for the mob. were behind you 100% on this one.

I lived there from 2005 to 2008 and had issues with rent all the time. One time they put a 72 hour eviction notice on my door because I had an outstanding balance of 3 cents! Next time your out looking for apartments just skip it!
