These are not your bargain basement appartments. They are generally clean and safe seeming. There are two selling points that make the rent worth it. The location, and the floor plans.
These appartments are one block from two large shopping complexes and two blocks from an onramp to Hwy 26. At the same time you don't get the feeling that you are in a high traffic area. It has a secluded feel while still being very close to a movie theater, two grocerie stores, and a myriate of other shops.
The floor plans help the apartment feel much bigger than their square footage would denote. I have lived in two different appartments in this complex and marvel at how spacious they seem (top floor).
The office staff seems pleasant as long as rent is paid on time. When there are financial issues they can turn on you (understandably). There is no apparent flexablilty with payment dates, etc.
If you don't mind paying for the location (upper end) this is a great place to live.
