first thing is the leasing staff needs a major attitude adjustment!especially the manager, very pushy(guy that talks bs and rips you off). the apartment is very small and expensive, poor insulation,filthy carpets. i don't think they ever changed the carpets! yuk! also had ant problems.very noisy. beware when lease is over and they come and check the apartment. they'll charge you for every little thing that they think needs replacing. the club charged us over $250 for repairs! "for what!a little speck of stain on the carpet which was already filthy to begin with and the paint is so cheap just like the manager, the apartment itself is just falling apart!" no matter how much you clean the place before you lease is up they'll still charge you for a little thing that they think needs to be replaced. i think this place is just full of crap like the staff and i would not recommend it to ANYBODY!
