It's SO SO

Ok, here's my take on the Club.
I lived there for several years, and sometimes I liked it, sometimes I didn't.
We had the townhouse, which was nice. Very spacious for an apartment. The office staff were always friendly to me.
The maintanence, were GREAT! Always very friendly and right on time.
BUT... c'mon Equity, these apartments are old. They really are NOT worth the money. The windows are nasty, and cheap. Not insulated at all. The kitchen is TINY, and when you move out, be prepared because they really are out to get you.
I live in a house now, much bigger , in an upscale community with access to a water park, tennis courts, etc. I have a garage, a basement, bigger kitchen, and the list goes on. I pay $1150 a month in rent here at my house, while I paid $1079 at the Club for an apartment, add in a garage and add on an additional $80. So, do the math. I am getting WAY better of a deal here in my own lovely house.
