When I moved out, I have the maintenance crew walk thru my apartment for cleaness and any blemishes that might occurred during my stay.
The crew told me apt. need light cleaning and some counter cratches.
They know about the counter top issues.
The builder put really crappy counter top so it is easy to scratch.
After the walk thru, I agree to pay the cleaning fee of $50 and I went on my way to lying MFs.
Now I am 3000 miles and they send me a bill for $150 dollars for scratches on the counter top.
Since they agree that $50 is the final fee I need to get the heck out there, can they later send me the another bill'
Does anyone know legal issues on this'
Can I fight on this issue and win'
