Location is nice with mall, movie hall, bus stops and public library within quarter of a mile. Parking is good, with 1 free carport. If you have a second car, parking is not a problem, there is adequate space. Natural lighting is good. Most apartments receive ample sunlight either through the east or west. Large windows too. You have the option of a small den or a verandah, which I think is great. If you have a hand for gardening, you can pick the verandah or if you need a separate space for your computer/playroom for your child, you can pick the apartment with a den. However, bathrooms can get moldy very easily, no matter how rigorously you work to keep it clean. That is a real problem. Also, noise is a real pain in the butt. Any noise in the apartment above yours seems to be coming from within your own. The rent is affordable. Quality of the apartment(in terms of furniture, bath fittings) is not too good. We have lived here for one year and had to ask for service/maintenance at least 10 times. Service is very prompt and good. If I was living on the upper floor, I might have considered staying on. Pets are welcome. The water heater is a little small.
