I have been a renter for 30 years in 5 different states and I can say that this is the worst place of them all. Often there are empty beer bottles laying around, as well as children's toys and bicycles blocking the sidewalks. They are very nice when they're signing you up....perhaps because they know the rent is going to increase by $100/month at the end of your lease making staying unaffordable and undesireable.
