i made the mistake of viewing the model apt. and then renting based on that. the apartment was filthy when i moved in, construction was terrible. doors that wouldn't shut, mirrors hung crooked. after a layoff at work i was forced to move before my lease. i did this voluntary without eviction. i was open with management about my situation and returned the keys upon leaving. i did leave two grocery bags of papers in the unit all bagged up. and was charged 100 dollars for a 10 an hour man to put in the dumpster less than 100 feet away. then the real charges started. for owing them less than 1000. dollars they now make claim to over 5000 dollars. do you value your credit. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say that I also moved out before my lease was up (we needed a bigger place) and they were great about it, no weird charges! I cleaned my apartment in the normal way (nothing fancy, but then I didn't destroy anything either). They had several options for moving out and breaking the lease, including paying a fee (about $300), or paying rent on the remaining lease only until your apartment was rented, it was not a problem. And why did you leave your garbage in the apartment if it would have been so easy to throw it out?

I have never seen the above mentioned stuff at the Club as being an issue.
