OMG....mold, assigned parking far away from my apartment, MOLD MOLD MOLD, if you leave anything out that is wet it will smell like mildew. Maintenance guys were good and fixed everything promptly but stay away from here. For $800 in rent, the unit was very outdated. The countertops were powder blue. Very cheap materials to make the apartment. If they updated it, it would be okay. The landscaping was very nice and I had no noise problems at all. Just overpriced for so outdated.
And did I mention black mold. I had to use bleach about once a month to scrub the mold away and then it was still there.
I would stay away from here unless you just need short term housing.
