The Pros:

Quiet complex, with not much sound transmitted through walls. Can hear neighbors when they're in the bathroom, though.
Parking situation is pretty good.
Lots of natural light, and high ceilings (on second floor).
The fitness center is open all hours.
The office staff seem very nice and friendly.

The Cons:

The management raised my rent 12% after my first year of leasing -- and I've been a very good tenant. It's now the same price for me as for someone who's walked in off the street.
Almost no counter space in the kitchen.
The appliances are pretty old -- and their not being effective anymore isn't enough to get them replaced. I often run the same dishes through the dishwasher 3 times to get them clean.
The maintenance workers are pretty horrible! When I moved in multiple outlets weren't functional, my washing machine wasn't hooked up properly (causing a flood!) and upon later visits the maintenance worker left my power turned off overnight during winter.
Hard to keep mold from growing on window sills.
Toilet doesn't completely flush unless you stand there holding the handle down.
