I lived at the Club at Tanasbourne from 2005 through 2008. When I first moved in the rent was 636 and they raised the rent over 70 dollars every lease. When I left my rent was 768 with 40 dollars for water sewer and garbage. I thought at first it was worth it and it was a fine place to live for about 2 years. When the pipe broke underneath my apt and was flooding from underneath my window like a small water fall thats when all the problems began. I found mold growing under my sink and asked them to fix the problem. They came in scraped it off and went on their way. The mold kept growing back and I had been sick for along time but, I never put two and two together, I found mold all over the window sills, the kitchen and in the bathroom. The next problem was one day the leasing agent called while I was working she said that someone had to come in my apt straight away, well needless to say I was working and could not just pick up and leave. With regards to their feelings I did however finish up my duties and when right home. The only problem is that I have a dog, thats why they couldn't just enter with approval over the phone. Don't make me suffer just because I have a dog. She is my protector and I paid to have her live there. Over 400 dollars. So, I came home the maintenance man came in not sure what he did because I went out at walked the dog. Well he said everything looked fine and left, about 3 hours later I used the restroom and I noticed the floor between the bathroom and hall way soaked my sock with water. I immediately called the office because it was right before 6 and thats when they close. She called maintenance again and he was over in a flash. He came looked at the floor and said "Hey don't worry it will dry." That was that. The problems kept getting worse and worse. When I finally inspected the outside of the bedroom window and the siding was dryrotted under the window from the flowing water fall that happened. There were muddy fingerprints on the side of the house huge cracks. I had a private meeting with the leasing manager and things went ok. But, it was such an act. Nothing was ever fallen through with and then they blamed it all on me. I have been in court over it and now they are saying I owe them over 2000 dollars. Anyway enough said. Rent somewhere else. It's a nice location and nice neighbors, but we all had the same complaints. So if anyone else has a mold complaint Please, respond accordingly. I am just trying to get some questions. Thank you for reading.
