Nice clean, quiet and updated property. Their staff, Misho, was really friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. My kids enjoyed the yummy snacks in the model home too. Definitely will be back for a second look.

Squeaky floors, paper-thin walls, absence of Amazon Hubs...packages get rained out. Numerous shady people going through trash receptacles at midnight. Outdated equipment with no ice dispenser. Tiny heaters.

We have only been here a little over a month but are very happy with the management, our townhouse and the over all area. It is very well maintained! I would recommend this complex to friends. We are happy here.

Quiet and friendly community. Office takes care of any problem immediately. Would recommend it to my friends. Like that it is a pet friendly community. I wish our dog park was a grass area instead of wood chips.

I only recenty moved into the Colonnade, but so far my experience has been excellent. The staff has been tremendous and very responsive. The grounds are maintained very well, and the townhome is exactly what i was looking for in a home. Thank you!

The community is great, but guest parking is extremely Limited. They did start doing food carts on Thursdays and that has been a great addition. Also the steadiness of COVID response in common areas was amazing. Hopefully more parking and the pools will be open soon.

Pros -The management is always responsive, nice walking trail, safe neighborhood, Pet friendly. Cons -Less parking space, no air conditioning, frequent Sliding windows/doors repairs, old construction.

I haven't lived here long but I can honestly say my experience has been amazing so far! The management has been really helpful and friendly. One of my favorite things I have experienced so far are the food trucks they've been bringing in.

We have felt very comfortable, safe and at-home here and would highly recommend to our friends and anyone else. The staff is very friendly, responds to work orders quickly and finish tasks in a timely fashion.

Lack of parking is the my biggest issue with the community. Residents use all of the visitor parking on a daily basis. I have rarely been able to invite friends over and have them find a spot to park in.

They take care of the apartment complex they bring us food trucks everything is well maintained and the complex is not loud with annoying guests or tenants. There are dog parks that are great and I like this community

The management staff are great. Grounds are very well maintained and make a nice view. Location is awesome, right off the Rock Creek Trail and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Townhomes are well laid out and a good size.

The staff is professional and friendly. When something needs fixed in my unit they always fix or address it the next business day. I see the capital improvements and regular maintenance they do Around the complex.
