Decent place

If you enjoy rowhouses, these are a good deal. The walls are a little thin and the plumbing is loud, but it doesn't seem to be any different from any other rowhouse. We did have an ant problem, they would crawl below the carpet in gaps along the wall, but a little bug spray solved the problem. There are very few built in lights, so be prepared to have many lamps or purchase many lamps. The floors creak in some places as well but because you don't live above or below other people it's not too much of a problem. That said, the property is very well maintained and there is a treed green space which a few townhouses back to which is very nice and quiet and private. I do wish their balconies were covered since it does rain quite a bit here. Our first neighbors were nice but our second neighbors were rude. They would often say rude comments when one of us would come out to the balcony to sit and relax, and they knew we were out there. And they would constantly complain about various things from noise (and we are not noisy people) to us coming home too late (because they could hear our garage open when we'd come home at 11pm!) But this seems the exception rather than the rule. We had two cars but only a one car garage, but it was no problem because there was ample space in front of our garage to park our other vehicle. Finding guest parking can be a problem though because there are very few designated parking spaces. Most of the staff was nice and helpful, but there were a few people who were less than friendly and didn't seem to care much if you were a resident (although I did see them act very nice towards people who were looking for a place.) Overall this was a nice place but not the best place I've lived. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
