I experiened the same difficulties outlined in the other complaints about this complex. Slow responce, if any, to requests to fix broken items, even those on my move in sheet. Condisending office staff and incompitent maintanance. Don't rent here, it is terrible. Unless you like paper thin walls, noise all night long, and trash all over. The final straw was mold, an issue that was on my move in and wasn't addressed-got excedingly worse and caused health issues for both me and my dog.
