My family and I are relocating to Hillsboro in a few months, and we recently visited the area and looked at apartments. The Collonade wasn't too bad, but it wasn't too good either.
first of all, we were looking for a 3 bed/ 2 bath. This type of apartment is on 3 levels! Each level is pretty small, and I just can't imagine running groceries and laundry up 3 flights of stairs. Also, with a baby that's not even walking yet, I can just image that hassel as well.
Secondly, the apartments were old. After visitng brand new places, the collonade seemed pretty run down. They had gray carpets, with visible stains. The kitchen was old as well.
Overall, not too bad, but check out other apartments in the Tanasborne area, you can find nicer.
