I have lived at the colonnade for about two and half years and I am having a complete nightmare now! About a month ago a hose inside the washing machince broke off and flooded the apartment soaking through the carpet and causing leaks all over the second floor of our townhome (machine is on the third floor. Lucky the only thing ruined was my laptop (according to staff they are not responsible and that is why I have renters insurance) we got most of the funiture out of the way. Other than the first night I have hardly had any service from them! The maching was fixed the next day after I went down to the office to make sure they were going to come in an fix the machine I was assured they would be back the next day to put the machine back in the closet and no one showed. I had to go to the office five days later and request they put it back again. They have still yet to come out and evaluate the carpet that needs cleaned at the very least but should probably be replaced. We are now waiting for mold to start growing cause they have yet to fix the ceilings. We had a 7am appointmet today to have things fixed no one showed and they decided to leave a message at 1pm. There last excuse was they were short staffed and a lot of new people moving in (they also want to say that maintaince staff can't get a hold of us... funny my boyfriend and I are not missing any calls and have no messages from them). I guess they are not interested in keeping the residents that are already established. By the way managment and staff have changed four times since I have lived here and right now it is pretty clear they don't care. We lucked out we were days away from signing another year lease need less to say that were moving ASAP.
