My wife and I relocated here last year and rented at The Colonnade without seeing the home. We were pleasantly surprised when we moved in. The kitchen & master bedroom are very large. We had new carpet so it felt like a brand new apartment. So far it's been great! No neighbor issues, crime, or any other disturbances. We got a couple of our friends to move-in here and they gave us free rent. Not bad.
