My family and I moved to Oregon at the end of last year. We found The Colonnade through Rent.com and thought it looked pretty nice from the pictures. It definitely looks just as good in real-life.
We liked the townhome style floorplans as we've had terrible experiences with upstairs neighbors in the past. So far its been pretty quiet! It's also nice having the garage.
The staff helped us tremendously when we first moved. We arrived a day before our scheduled move-in and they were able to put us up in one of their corporate suites. Tanasbourne is a nice area with a shopping mall and dining right around the corner.
