I have been a resident at the Colonnade since 2006 and have been very pleased with everything this community has to offer. During my entire stay here the staff has been very helpful. I had a one minor neighbor noise issue since the time I moved in and when I'd mention it to the management they always took care of it. Maintenance was also very professional and handled all my maintenance needs very quickly. I notice that many of the reviews in here state that people can hear their neighbors and I think it's unrealistic to live in an apartment and think that you will not hear others in the community...it's apartment living after all. I use to work in property management and unfortunately it's "luck of the draw" whether you move into a home with maintenance issues or not. There would be some tenants that were perfectly happy and then those particular tenants that always had things breaking down...who knows it was probably just Karma.

Wow! That was my same exact read on this post. It sounds like it is coming from someone who has a $ stake in the place. Get a clue. When people say they can hear their neighbors next door, I am not talking about loud music, I am talking about trying to sleep and you can hear a conversation in the next apartment. One person stated that the apartment was "built on the cheap". This is one prime example. Just because you live in an apartment mean you have to hear your neighbors. That word "cheap" keeps coming back.

Wow! Talk about "management" trying to make the reviews look better. How convenient that after supposedly living at The Colonnade for 3-years you just now decide to write a review and defend statements in recent reviews by REAL RESIDENTS. No renter refers to their time living in a rental as their "stay". It is not a hotel or resort! Any person with half a brain will read this and know it is a BS Review.
