Poor quality apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   First off.....The apartment complex is located in a beautifull area and looks really nice at first. But.....The apartments are not built very well and the management does not keep up the apartments very well at all. The electrical sockets in my apartment were so old the plugs would fall out of the sockets and spark and arc when you plug them in. The carpet must have been 10 years old and falling apart. The tack boards were sticking up through the carpet and poking me in the feet. In places the carpet was pulling apart from being repaired and stretched too much. Insulation is pitiful and Energy costs are outrageous due to poor quality appliances. Mold was growing on the walls in the closet and ruined a $100 pair of boots and countless other cloths. Management is ok....nice, but they don't like to fix things. Beware after moving out....make sure you clean every inch. They like to charge you to clean up crumbs. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
