Location has it's problems...

I lived here for 1 year in 2002 while in transition to saving $$ to buy a house. If you're in one of the units far away from Cornell (like I was) it isn't bad. Although your neighbors aren't exactly professionals working at Intel, it's not bad for the money. But if you're looking for a higher-class environment, then this won't be your ideal location. I found management to be fairly helpful, but not exactly really "on the ball" so make sure you double check back with them on things as one person will get it, another won't. They rented out my apartment two weeks before my scheduled move date. You get the picture. Pool is disgusting. They are very accomodating on move-out and I got almost all my deposit back. Other people were pretty quiet and low-key in this complex; not too much partying. Location has its bad points and my van was stolen from the parking lot and taken for a "joy ride" to Beaverton.
