Physically ok but watch the neighbors

My girl friend and I stayed there in 2002-2003. The apartment was the upper level 1bd with new carpet clean bath and kitchen. Very nice apartment, but watch out for the neighbors. Our neighbor downstairs was a single male who played loud music till 3am. Manangement was not helpful on this matter. Called the cops once, but the neighbor still continued days later. Overall good apartment was the most affordable 1 bd/1bath apartment in Hillsboro, but a gamble with the neighbors
