Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Well outside of the leaky wall, faulty electrical wiring and the total remodel of the apartment buildings themselves that eliminated the use of my porch and made my dining room the storage area, everything is great! They don't seem to care about the tenants, or anything but the rent.
