Upon moving in it seems so lovely, but we had to face the harsh reality of construction for 7 months out of a 9 month lease. While looking at the apartment several times, signing the lease, and moving in, we were not told the siding would be replaced in the fall when the rain and cold start. We had huge gaps around our windows letting lots of cold air in all winter. Constant banging on all walls, no parking, and construction workers outside the windows all day. It was hell, I'd rather live in hell where it's warm. Management did nothing for us, as we voiced our concerns over and over. On top of that, we also have problems with the water bill every single month, as well as the elephants that live upstairs, and how you can hear everyone around you, peeing, brushing their teeth, laundry day. It is so noisy!!!
