Ok... I?ve lived at a ton of places and under circumstances they help you out, but man these people are cruel! My first few months I had the pleasure of nosey neigbors who would complain at a drop of a dime, they called the police on my boyfriend and I multiple times for "yelling", etc.., then when I had 4 friends over for some drinks and a movie... they complained that I was having a "wild party" till 4am (considering they left at 1am). Basically I?ve lived a life of a prisoner for the past few months. And when he enlisted and left for duty, I asked if I could get out of the lease since I couldn?t afford the place on my own, they said all in all it would cost me almost $3,000! So basically I?m looking forward to May 1st when I can give my 30 days notice and move the Hell out of here... a 1 year lease turned into a year of pitter patter and the pleasure of hearing the complainers have sex all the time! You can?t hear the guy next to you too well, but those above or below you can hear every wispher! I out lasted almost everyone on their staff as well (goes to show how good they are at retaining employees)... the only person that?s been here the whole time has been the main manager and her assistant... I can?t keep track of who works there anymore. Don?t fall for the glamor... oh and the construction.. they were done on my apartment after a month... but they kept all the pipes still hanging, which bang on my wall every day and night (sweet dreams!).
