I love living in these apartments. The staff has been nothing but nice and extreamly helpful with everything. Parking sucks but what is new with apartment complexes. I was able to find parking if I was home before 8pm. I got a car port right next to my apartment so that fixed the parking issue. I asked for maintance to fix a few issues and all were done in less then 24 hrs time. I also asked that they look at the fan as it was making loud noises, since they couldn't fix it they replaced the fan making it almost impossible to hear now. Yes there is a little bit of noise but what do you expect from an apartment' I can hear people walking up and down the stairs if I am in the living room but it is pretty quiet. You hear people in the parking lot if you have the windows open. The apartment stays really cool even in the 90 degree heat. I wasn't able to use the patio or open the patio door for the first three weeks which made it kind of stuffy in the house but they are doing it for safety since the patios were not completed. My apartment is 730 sq ft. and is in really good condition. I also got a great deal on an apartment and moved in two days later. I would recommend living here.

I looked for several months before deciding on these apartments. All the other apartments around this area are more expensive and have worse reviews. I don't know about the construction problem here since mine was done except for the patio and paint but then take one of the apartments that are done.
