Do not move here. After reading the reviews we finally realized the real reason for the construction was not to make it look nice but to cover up the water damage and mold. The office lies to people. The walls and ceilings are very thin, and if you hate noise, then you'll hate it here. The staff was friendly to help you move in but are useless at fixing problems and getting back to you. They also don't care about the noise issue. The maintenance takes forever to arrive. Don't be fooled by the "Whirlpool" Appliances, because you'll be paying high electric bills and dying of heat in the summer.
The construction has been the biggest headache. They took forever to work on this complex and are still not completely finished. You also get a lot of strange and/or ghetto people wandering around near the sidewalks and on the apt grounds. Also lots of cars racing along the roads nearby. And tons of fireengines going to the old senior living place down the street.
You'll hate the bathrooms because they have mold-ridden tiles and it is impossible to remove it.
Finally, you have to know about the smells from your neighbors. We get everything coming through the pipes, holes and sinks. The smells range from smoke, moldy cat-food, and horrible asian cooking. Be ready to tape up any holes you find for smoke. And be ready to buy lots of light fixtures since they don't provide any.

In short... DONT MOVE HERE!!!
