The good: 1 bedroom apartments are huge compared to other places in the price range. All the appliances are top notch for a renter. Good construction. Alarm system is a must have any place you live. Insulation: I didn't even need to turn my heat on during the cold months, and if I did, the place heated up real quick.

Bad: Parking. Don't leave after 8 pm or else your screwed. Re-tarring the parking lot. If parking isn't bad enough, they cut off 1/3rd to re-tar the lot. Noise: Either the guy below me was hung like a horse, or his girlfriend is a good actress. Sunday night fiesta's above me. The guy above me who is using a vibrating sander every night. I don't think management knows he's putting in hard wood floors, or else he's doing carpentry in his apartment. Landscaping: Though everything looks nice, there is poor drainage.

In my opinion, the good outweighs the bad. I challenge you to find a better place for the same price. If you want to start looking at similar prices I challenge you to check out the reviews for wimbledon square. The Verandas are shangri-la compared to that hell hole.
