I have lived her for a few years and like it. For the most part the streets are cleaned and neighbors are pretty nice(a few loud steros & I am a light sleeper) When did have a problems with my neighbor being loud I talked to Kristy was able to help me. Everytime I came to complain (and it was ALOT), she always made me feel that i wasn't a bother and just listened to me and talked to me about what she was going to do to fix it. She was extremely helpful and actually went to their home and talked to them directly. Never had a problem since then:) I know that we do not have brand new things, but I have constant problems with my stove. When I call, Sal has been on time to my call and answers my questions. He's very nice and always says hello. There have been some not so good maintenance people in the past, but the newer people are great!! My rent has gone up but not as much as I thought. I was given a free carpet cleaning for my lease extention. That is the first time I have gotten my carpets cleaned for free! I have told 2 friends about this place and 1 of them moved in. Even better, I got a $$ for telling a friend and having them move in. not a bad place to live.
