After living here over 4 months I decided to write this review. Sometimes it seems only negative reviews are posted. The parking is very adequate around my area. Outside noise is very minimal but I am on the top floor.

My call to maintenance was answered very quickly. The maintenance person actually called me with a question about my description of the problem.

The office staff has always been helpful.

The grounds, pool, parking and landscaping are always kept in perfect condition. Pet owners appear to clean up after their pets.

I really like the floor plan of the apartment but it is boring white inside with light tan carpet. The appliances are in good working condition but nothing fancy. The appliances are much nicer than many of the other apartments I looked at during my search. The apartment and appliances were in perfect condition when I moved in.

My only complaint is the bad parking design around the central mail box area.

I would rent here again based on my experience.
