Having Lived in Verandas at Hazel Grove for approx 10 months I have found the place to be outstanding. The Grounds, Apartments & Swimming pools are kept in excellent condition and my Apartment is quiet, comfortable with an excellent layout, and modern. It s conveniently located near to shops, Intel etc, and I am completely satisfied.

I don t have any problem parking, (I think most of the problem's are near the entrance area around the mailboxes). And I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

I wouldn t hesitate to recommend the Verandas to anyone working at Intel or any of the Major Tech companies in the Area.

I don t know what all the complaints are about, but having lived in blocks of flats in East Germany , and stayed in apartments in London and other places I don t know what all the fuss is about!. This is great living! Not far from Portland and also close to forests and countryside! Oregon is truly a beautiful state.

I haven t yet renewed by Lease, so I hope they wont put the rent up to much!, But I am hoping to stay for another year until my assignment is finished and I return back home to England.
