Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
The manger and his staff in the leasing office are rude and disrespectful. On more than one occasion, I have over heard employees talking about residents in an unkind manner.
Maintenance is not preformed within a "one day" turn around time.
Parking is terrible...unless you rent a space for $25 a month.
The heating system is so old, yet another money sucker.
