So we moved here last september after a long search for just the right apartment. When I came here the girl from "the biggest loser" was the person who showed us around... she was really nice and I loved talking to her. She showed me the apartment and the first thing I said was "OMG look at all those stairs!" Cuz we would have to live on the 3rd floor. But once I looked at the apartment I fell in love with the balcony veiw! I have to say I love the huge bathroom space and the walk in closet... The kitchen was painted nice and even had a built in microwave. It's very modern and I love that. The carpet was nice too. I wish the master bedroom was a bit bigger because I just had a baby and I had to put a crib in there, but it all fits so it's ok. We don't get a lot of noise because we live on the top floor but occasionly we hear the bumping of music from the apartment below us but thats ok because I'm SURE we can be that loud too sumtimes. I LOVE that this is a small dog freindly neighborhood.. there are nature trails here and doogy bags for you to use everywhere! My dog loves going for walks and we get to meet all the other sweet looking dogs too! The mall is LITTERALY a 5 minute walk. There's a nice park here.. and 2 pools.. If you goto the pool early you will have it to yourself and thats nice because I go like every day with my daughter to swim then lay in the sun by ourselves. One day I was late with rent and they waived the late fee for me because I told them what happened.. There was a time they had a package for me and I came to get it and they couldn't find it... eventually they found it so it all worked out in the end. I have to admit I don't know any of the managers names but its ok.. they havent been too snobby with me yet and I appreciate the privacy. We don't know alot of the neighbors, but a few. One thing I DO HATE is the PARKING!!!! I get off work late and when I get home there is NO WHERE TO PARK!!! and it pisses me off that I have to walk far in the dark late at night! When we have a problem the maintnence men are here in the same day that I report it.. no issues there.. they keep the grounds here clean.. nice people here.. overall I love it. We have to move back to Beaverton when are leace is up to be closer to our jobs.. I just hope we can find as nice place as the Verandas are...

That is a nice place... and we did have a 3rd floor too. it was heck to walk up every day 4X a day. But loved the vaulted ceilings. parking is hard anytime of the week after 5 PM. but loved the girls at the office and the maintenance people, they got things done and was friendly. However, people do drive like crazy there.
