When I first moved in to the Verandas in April 07 I loved it, but I have changed my mind. The staff changed several times in the year and a half I lived there and every time they change, it seems to get worse. They tried to evict me for a late payment and didnt give me any notice at all, just an eviction notice on the door. When I went to the office they didn't even know it was put on my door. Then I finally got tired of it and decided to break my lease and move to Hidden Creek in Orenco Station, which I love. A week after I put my notice in (I gave a 30day notice), they put a paper to the post office saying that I no longer lived there and to not leave mail for me. The postman wrote back and said "still getting mail till Aug 1st" which was when my legal change of address was. I went to the office and asked them and they said they didnt put it there, that the post office did. They are idiots. Don't live here, rent is too high, there's no where to park, they have wasp problems, and of course, the staff are idiots.
