first, let me say i love living at verandas, but hated going to the office for one reason. so when i went to the office today to talk about my renewal options i heard the best news: the terribly rude woman manager that made life miserable is gone!! we'd had so many issues with her that we had considered not renewing this time. the apartments are really nice and we've lived here for almost 4 years now so i'm glad we can stay for a bit longer.

ya we went there to renew our lease, but... we got the rude woman and we changed are minds completely! we are now moving because of that stupid b*tch. just got tired of all the hassel. i dredded going to the office for anything. they are so iggnorant and treat people like crap.. well except the guys there if your a girl. then they are pretty helpful. or at least try to be.. but the women.. RUDE!

What you said about the manager is funny. I am one of the most long standing residents within this commumnity and she was the ONLY one that seemed to know what she was doing and was actaully a human. Did you ever wonder why they got rid of everybody else so often. I am upset taht she is gone and will not come into the office as noone else there is equipt for their job.

I agree. Every body in the office is only there for one reason and that is to get you in the door and get paid. I fell for it. Wish I didn't. Once your trapped by the fake customer service it goes down hill. I keep leaving messages for my "leasing specialist" to have the manager call me about a problem but he tells me to not worry and it will be done but never writes any sort of note down and I've never even seen an actual manager. I have talked to the supposed corp/regional manager and she is a real piece of work. Mega B* CH! Talks down to you and try to make you feel like you're crazy for complaining. Basically, don't fall for the fake customer service... you are only their paycheck.
