My wife and I moved here from California so I could take a job at Intel about 8 months ago and rented a 2 bedroom at The Verandas. We really liked the floorplan (Burgundy) and rented a garage for our car and a few boxes. Rent is quite reasonable considering what some of the other local apartment communities are charging. One of our major reasons for renting here was that the community had Verizon's FiOS. That was definitely a must. We found that there really aren't too many properties that offer it. We've had great experiences with the gentlemen in the office and on the maintenance team. They always seem eager to help. We'll soon be moving on as we purchased a home, but we were happy with our decision to rent at The Verandas.
