The apartments are all very nice but the staff are all inept. When my roommate and I moved in, there were fleas everywhere. They didn't take the time to clean the apartment after the last tenants vacated. We weren't from Oregon and had to stay with a friend we bearly knew because they wouldn't put us in a hotel for a few days while they took care of it. Even after we still had fleas and had to vacate again.

When it came to any sort of issue from power outlets that didn't work to any sort of question about our lease, the staff was always rude and didn't know what to do. They only seemed to know how to sell people on the apartments. Once you're in, they're clueless. I moved out 9 months ago and they still can't figure out how to remove me from their online payment list so I get hassled every month for no reason.

DON'T MOVE THERE!
